Quantity can change without changing your fraction. Here is what that means, and what it does not.

Dividing your new balance by the new supply gives the same fraction, subject to contract rounding.
Let the change appear.
The rebase updates the quantity you hold. There is no separate rebase claim. Moving tokens changes your position.
Read the fraction.
Balance divided by total supply describes your part of the whole.
balance × factor / (supply × factor) = balance / supply
Applying the same positive factor to both quantities cancels it from the fraction. A contract may round base units. A token transfer changes the balance for a different reason.

When the change reaches you.
The rebase updates quantities. Vault settlement moves tokens between addresses.
The token contract determines when a rebase is applied. Timing and fees are unpublished.
Pre-stake and stake send tokens to the vault. Unstake first checks the server, then confirms the published fee and asks for a signature binding your wallet and amount. A successful refund needs a confirmed vault transfer.
If a request fails after the fee payment, the machine keeps that transaction hash for a retry. Do not confuse a submitted request with a completed refund.

What actually changes?
The number of tokens in a balance and the total supply change by the same factor.
Does my fraction grow?
A proportional rebase alone leaves your fraction unchanged. Transfers can change it.
Is there something to claim?
The rebase is reflected in the token balance. It does not require a separate claim.
What does pre-stake do?
Pre-stake transfers HAZE into vault custody. Staking opens at 80,000,000 HAZE once configured.
How do withdrawals work?
Confirm the published fee and sign a refund request. The vault processes confirmed requests.
